Hello there. Welcome to Mailbox Monday. It is hosted by Marcia at the Printed Page. Check it out
here.This week I received.
At the Threshold of Alchemy, by John Amen. This was part of the poetry package I won at
Serena's blog. (click
here to see reviews of this book).
It was a quiet week. I didn't post last week as it was quiet also. I am thankful for this. I needed a little break.
***I had to take a week or so off from blogs and blogging. I am marking my reader to zero and starting out fresh this week.
(This is part of my no stress, no guilt blogging for 2010). I will be making the rounds to those near and dear and some of the newly discovered blogs over the next week or two. I have a giveaway to announce. Stay tuned. I also have Four giveaways posting soon.
Please come back on Wednesday for my first blog tour of 2010.

Looking forward to your thoughts on these poetry books. I think Serena has supplied us with enough poetry for years! ;)

Diary of an Eccentric
I like slow mailbox weeks - gives me a chance to catch up. I've decided to cut way back on review copies this year. Need to clear a bunch of my own books off the shelves. It's a lot less pressure, I have to say : )
Guilt free blogging, that seems to be the key to this year. Have a good week, enjoy your new books and happy reading.
No stress blogging sounds like a wonderful idea! Enjoy your new book!
I only received one book last week too & was happy for the break.
Enjoy your new book!
Poetry is good!

Hope you have a better week this week! My mailbox is at The Crowded Leaf.
My mailbox has been much slower this year than last but that's because I want it that way. I need to get caught up! Hope you have a good week my friend. Hugs.
The poetry books look interesting. It's always nice to take a break from the computer. I hope you have a good week!
Slowing down is good, taking a break a wonderful thing. Your books sounds great and I hope you enjoy it! Looking forward to your upcoming posts!
I try to slow down but it almost seems impossible some days. Like yesterday! I had a lovely day off but spent it bailing water out of my house after 6 inches fell in 3 hours. Calif does not do well with rain.
Ahh Toni - I've had to 'zero out ' more than once.....sometimes it's the only way...
I hope you enjoy the book. I just love the quote he pulled from my full review for his site!
