Dexter

Dexter is just checking in with A Circle of Books. He is 5 months and 30 lbs!

He is not in trouble in the pictures. He is very focused with the phrase. "where's my dinner?"

Those eyes get you every time

He is just adorable. Could you deny Dexter his heart's desire while he is looking at you with those eyes? I think not. This looks like one soon to be (if not already) spoiled pup.

Thanks everyone. He is cuddly and sweet. And he is a trouble maker at times. Wouldn't change him for the world.

BTW Kaye. I haven't sent in his registration papers... but funny that you mention it... His name is probably going to be registered as Dexter's Hearts Desire. :)

Have a good Sunday and thanks for the comments on Dex.

Too cute Toni. The first one does look like he's in trouble. The second one I love-it's like ok mommy---enough with the camera---hand over the food. lol.

If I had a dog, it would be a basset hound. They are just so darn adorable. Dexter is too cute.

he looks sad

Toni said...

Hi Gary.. his is a good handful.. let me know your Drood update... I.. uh .. might update it..

Serena... he isn't sad.. he is fooling you... don't fall into the trap... ha ha.... He is designed to make people say...oh ...oooo.. what a dolly... but beware... ha ha...

Actually I would have never thought a dog was so much work. Chihuahua's are so easy. Bassets are big, muscly, drooly, stubborn dogs...but he gives the best hugs and kisses.. he wants to be on our lap and he leans into us. HE is a really people people dog...

Toni....he's adorable!! Those eyes can just melt your heart. I can understand he must be a handful, especially as a puppy!!

Oh what a cutie! and I love his name! I can tell he knows how to work it by the expression on his face. He looks like a pro already. We have three dogs and they do the same thing. It's those eyes that get you every time...that is until the rest of the dog attached to those eyes decides to eat from the butter dish on the counter or knock over the garbage can.
