Ha.. I am loving the comments.. I don't tend to be too hard on myself with age their comes challenges and I have pretty much accepted.. .but HEY.. I am open to some guidelines... and help.. I mean the book is saying 10 years younger... 10 lbs lighter.. and 10 times better.. :) Can't wait to try it.. Keep joining in everyone... :)
